I made this for my granddaughter a few years ago, she wore it once and grew out of it, Skirt has a 28 inch waist, but has about a 3 inch room to make bigger. Skirt length is 29 1/2 inches with no let down room. Shoulders on Jacket are 30 inches. Bust on shirt is 38 inches.
